I am a NASM-certified personal trainer with CES (corrective exercise) and PES credentials, a NESTA nutrition coach and a former collegiate track athlete, with 20+ years in health and fitness. Corrective exercise often starts at the feet, because stiff ankles and weak feet change how everything above them moves.

These five days keep it plain and practical: small daily moves, no products to buy and no quick-fix promises.

  • No cure claims or 5-day fixes, just honest practice
  • Gentle moves with a chair nearby
  • Clear notes on when to stop and get checked

This challenge is general fitness education, not medical advice, and it does not diagnose, treat or cure any condition, including plantar fasciitis. Move gently, in a pain-free range, with a sturdy chair nearby.

Stop and get checked promptly if you have sudden or severe pain, swelling, redness or warmth, a calf that is painful, swollen or warm, pain after a fall or injury, numbness, tingling or burning, a wound that won't heal, or you can't put weight on your foot.

If you have diabetes or neuropathy (check your feet daily and skip barefoot work on hard floors unless your care team says yes), a recent injury or surgery, osteoporosis, arthritis, balance problems, or a heart or circulation condition, are pregnant or postpartum, or have a history of an eating disorder, please talk with your doctor, a podiatrist or a physical therapist first. Never change medications to fit a workout.
