When traveling, keeping some healthy snacks, such as protein bars, packed in your bag is a great idea. It has become increasingly difficult to eat nutritionally in airports. Some flights do not include a meal and you might not have time to stop and order food if you have a flight to catch. Make sure to always carry some of these bars with you to provide nutrition until you are able to eat a full meal.
