How it works

About two minutes, morning and evening.

Step 1Set up

Read pages 2 and 3, then fill in My Health Info with your doctor's target and your medications, exactly as prescribed.

Step 2Log twice a day

Take two readings a minute apart, morning and evening, and write them down. Tick a few habits each evening.

Step 3Average and share

Work out your weekly averages, fill in a Doctor Visit Prep page and bring the log to your next appointment.

Questions

Is this a physical product?

No. It is a digital download. Print it at home or at a print shop, and print the log pages again whenever you need more, for your own personal use.

Will this lower my blood pressure?

No product can promise that, and this one doesn’t try. It is a tracking tool, not a treatment. It helps you take clean readings, see your averages and keep a few healthy habits in view, so you and your doctor can decide what to do together. Please talk to your doctor about your numbers, and never start, stop or change any medication without your doctor.

Does it work with any blood pressure monitor?

Yes. You write down the numbers from any home monitor. Page 3 shows you how to check that your upper-arm cuff fits your arm and how to take a reading you can trust.

Is the log dated?

No. It is undated, so you can start any day. If you miss a reading, just leave the row blank and carry on.

What if I have a problem with my file?

Email me at coach@coachluke.com and I will sort it out.
