To cancel a wall pilates subscription, cancel it where you paid. If you subscribed in the app on an iPhone, use Apple’s subscription settings. On Android, use Google Play. If you paid on a website with a card or PayPal, cancel in the app company’s account page. Deleting the app does not stop the charges.
That last point trips up more people than anything else. Below you will find where your subscription lives, the exact steps for each route, how to beat a trial deadline, how to identify a strange charge on your statement, and what to do if you want your money back.
- Cancel where you paid. Apple, Google Play and web checkouts each have their own cancel path.
- Deleting the app does not cancel anything. The subscription keeps renewing until you turn it off.
- Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal or before a trial ends, or you may be billed for the next period.
- Odd names on your statement are common. Many app companies are based abroad, and some charges mention places like Tallinn, Estonia.
- Refunds go through whoever took the payment, which means Apple or Google for store purchases.

Where Your Wall Pilates Subscription Lives
Most wall pilates apps are sold through an ad, a quiz and a checkout page. Where that checkout happened decides how you cancel. There are three common routes.

The two with the most research behind them.
Creatine + HMB
Creatine is the most studied performance supplement there is, and HMB is aimed at protecting the muscle you already built. Together they cover strength and recovery without the pre-workout jitters.
- Strength & power
- Supports lean muscle
- No stimulants

- Inside the app on an iPhone or iPad. Apple bills you, and Apple controls the subscription.
- Inside the app on an Android phone. Google Play bills you, and Google controls it.
- On a website. You clicked an ad, took a quiz in your browser, and paid with a card, Apple Pay on the web, or PayPal. The app company bills you directly.
If you are not sure, search your email for the receipt. A receipt from Apple or Google means a store purchase. A receipt from the app company itself usually means a web purchase.
| Where you signed up | How to cancel | Where to find it |
|---|---|---|
| iPhone or iPad app | Cancel in Apple subscriptions | Settings, your name, Subscriptions |
| Android app | Cancel in Google Play | Play Store, profile, subscriptions |
| Website with card or PayPal | Cancel in the app account | App profile or web login page |
How to Cancel a Wall Pilates Subscription on iPhone
These are Apple’s own steps, and they work for any app billed through the App Store.
- Open Settings and tap your name at the top of the screen.
- Tap Subscriptions. You will see a list of active and expired subscriptions.
- Tap the wall pilates app you want to stop.
- Tap Cancel Subscription. You may need to scroll down to see it.
If there is no Cancel button and you see a message saying when it expires, the subscription is already cancelled. You can also manage Apple subscriptions from the App Store on a Mac or from your Apple account page in a browser.
How to Cancel a Wall Pilates App Subscription on Android
Google Play subscriptions are cancelled in Google Play, not in the app.
- Open the Google Play Store and tap your profile icon.
- Go to Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
- Select the wall pilates app.
- Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.
Google states plainly that uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription. After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. You can also cancel from your Google Play account in a web browser.
How to Cancel a Wall Pilates Subscription Online
If you paid on a website, neither Apple nor Google can see that subscription. You cancel with the app company directly.
- Log in to the app or the company’s web account with the same email you used at checkout.
- Look for a profile or account section, then a manage subscription option.
- Cancel and save the confirmation. Take a screenshot or keep the confirmation email.
- If you paid with PayPal, you can also check the automatic payments section in your PayPal settings to see and stop the recurring payment.
If you cannot find a cancel option, email the company’s support address from your checkout receipt. Include your account email, the date of purchase and a clear request to cancel and stop all future charges.
How to Cancel a BetterMe Wall Pilates Subscription
BetterMe publishes its own cancellation guidance. For web purchases, it says to open the BetterMe app and go to your profile and then Manage Subscription, or log in to your account on the BetterMe website and select Manage Subscription.
For App Store and Google Play purchases, BetterMe points you to Apple and Google settings. It also says each plan is separate, so cancelling one does not cancel another, and that deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
Cancel Before the Trial Ends
Most wall pilates plans start with a cheap or free trial, then renew at full price. Apple, Google and most app companies ask you to cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or billing period ends.
The safest habit is to set a phone reminder two days before the renewal date the moment you sign up. If you already know you only want the trial, you can usually cancel right away and still keep access until the trial ends. Check the terms first, since a few apps end access as soon as you cancel.
If you want to compare what these plans cost before signing up again, my breakdown of wall pilates app cost covers typical prices and billing cycles.
What Is Wall Pilates Tallinn on My Statement?
A question I hear a lot is about a charge with an unfamiliar name, sometimes something like wall pilates plan Tallinn or a company name ending in EE. Many fitness app companies are registered in Europe, including Estonia, whose capital is Tallinn. Others are registered elsewhere in Europe, such as Latvia.
That does not mean the charge is a scam. It usually means you bought a plan through a web checkout run by one of those companies. To confirm, search your email for the exact name on your statement and the amount.
If you cannot match the charge to any receipt, call your bank or card issuer. They can tell you more about the merchant and help you dispute a charge you did not authorize.
How to Contact Wall Pilates App Support
For a web purchase, the support email is usually on your checkout receipt and inside the app under help or settings. For a store purchase, the app developer’s contact details appear on its App Store or Google Play listing.
Keep your message short: your account email, the date and amount of the charge, and what you want. Save every reply. If you get nowhere after a reasonable wait, your card issuer or PayPal is the next step.
Refund Basics
Refunds depend on who took your money.
- Apple purchases: request a refund through Apple’s report a problem page, not through the app company.
- Google Play purchases: request a refund through your Google Play order history. Google decides based on its own refund policy.
- Web purchases: contact the app company. BetterMe, for example, says refunds for web purchases are at its discretion and that used periods are generally non-refundable.
Cancelling stops future charges but does not refund the current one on its own. Ask for the refund as a separate step.
Still Being Charged After You Cancelled?
If a charge shows up after you cancelled, one of a few things is usually going on. Work through them in order before you call your bank.
- Check for a second subscription. Some checkouts add a challenge or meal plan as a separate plan, and each one has to be cancelled on its own.
- Check for a second account. Signing up twice with different emails, or once on the web and once in the app, creates two subscriptions.
- Look at the charge date. A charge from before your cancellation date is the period you already agreed to, not a new renewal.
- Confirm the cancellation stuck. In Apple or Google Play settings, a cancelled plan shows an end date instead of a renewal date.
If none of those explain it, send your cancellation screenshot to the company and ask for the charge to be reversed. Your card issuer is the backstop if that fails.

Does Deleting the Wall Pilates App Cancel My Subscription?
No. Deleting the app only removes it from your phone. The subscription keeps renewing until you cancel it through Apple, Google Play or the app company, depending on where you paid.
How Do I Cancel Wall Pilates If I Signed up on a Website?
Log in to the app or the company’s web account with your checkout email and find the manage subscription option. If you paid with PayPal, you can also stop the automatic payment in your PayPal settings.
Can I Cancel During the Free Trial and Still Use It?
With Apple and Google Play purchases, you usually keep access until the trial ends. Web plans vary, so check the terms. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid a charge.
Why Does My Statement Say Tallinn?
Many fitness app companies are registered in Estonia, and Tallinn is its capital. The charge usually comes from a web checkout. Match it to a receipt in your email, and call your bank if you cannot.
Your This-Week Plan
- Search your email for any app receipts and note where each subscription was bought.
- Cancel anything you no longer use, and screenshot each confirmation.
- Check your next statement to make sure the charges stopped.
- Keep training with free routines from my beginner’s guide to wall pilates or the free wall pilates plan.

The Bottom Line
Cancelling a wall pilates subscription takes a minute once you know where you paid. iPhone purchases go through Apple, Android purchases through Google Play, and web purchases through the app company’s own account page.
Cancelling does not mean quitting wall pilates. As a NASM-certified trainer, I would rather you keep moving with a free wall pilates workout than keep paying for an app you do not open.
I am a certified personal trainer, not a financial or legal advisor, and I am not affiliated with any app mentioned. Billing and refund policies change, so confirm details with Apple, Google, your bank, or the app company. If you have a health condition, check with your doctor before starting a new exercise program.
